Video: Chris McCormack Takes On Challenge Wanaka
- By Paul Moore
- Published January 29, 2013
Chris McCormack needs little introduction in the triathlon world. Having won 200+ races since 1993, and the only man to break the magic 8 hour barrier in iron distance events four times, it’s no wonder he’s been 2 x ironman world champion, 5 x International Triathlete of the Year, ESPN World’s Fittest Man and the only person ever to be Olympic Course + Ironman World Champion.
See Chris take on Challenge Wanaka – the world’s most scenic iron distance triathlon — set against the spectacular lake and mountain backdrop in beautiful Wanaka, New Zealand. And after the race relax with his family and enjoy exploring Wanaka and the surrounding Mt Aspiring National Park world heritage area.
