Recently awarded Paratriathlete of the Year, Iain Dawson has realised unprecedented levels of success since turning his attention to triathlon. Spindle Productions followed Iain as he begins the long road to Rio 2016.

Even though we are still basking in the glory of London Olympics & Paralympics 2012, one of GB’s Paratriathletes, who was recently awarded Paratriathlete of the Year, is already gearing up for Rio 2016. Over the summer, Iain Dawson shared his rigorous training schedule with us on his run up to the world championships in New Zealand as he prepares for Rio 2016.
