Exclusive ‘limited availability’ Endurance Training Camp with Rasmus Henning

Join this spring training camp in a warm weather environment with a spectacular French Mediterranean back drop – this exclusive ‘Endurance Training Camp’ will be headed up by multiple World Champion and Ironman Winner Rasmus Henning, Rasmus will be joined by two professional coaches Tom Bennett (T2 Coaching) and Jean Baptiste Wiroth (WTS). All coaching and seminars will be in english, but the camp is open for all nationalities.
From the 17th to 23rd February, based in Nice Cote d’Azur, this new camp has been designed for longer distance experienced athletes already committed to half and full iron distance races in 2013.
The camp has been devised to build base level fitness and introduce new training ideas to take away for the upcoming season. Our hotel base is just off the Ironman Nice course, giving access to the stunning hinterland of Nice, with some exceptional cycling around the towns and villages of the French Riviera. This location also offers some unparalleled swimming and running opportunities and with local coach Jean Baptiste Wiroth on hand we can mould a program to suit. We will use both 25m and 50m pools and are planning for an open water swimming session, so please do bring your own wetsuit.
