Former Ironman world champ Mirinda Carfrae is taking on a cycling-focused training strategy for this year’s build up to Kona and she’s doing it under the guidance of a new coach, Mat Steinmetz of Fiftyone Speedshop Coaching. The two talk about the new philosophy and their decision to work together in the video above.
