He did the entire 4%-grade climb seated, and most of it in the aero position.
Craig Alexander’s preparation for the Ironman World Championships is meticulous. It always has been. And while October is a few months away yet, Alexander is clicking nicely through the gears as he attempts to win his fourth Kona crown.
