If 2011 was a big year for the Brownlee brothers, then 2012 promises to be massive (we hope). With all eyes starting to focus on London 2012, Alistair and Jonny will be the focus of media attention more than ever.

But what does it take to be the fastest triathletes in the world? As part of an insight into the lives of the Brownlee brothers that ran in the December issue of the magazine, we profiled an average training week for two of the best in the world.
