As part of his summer training – and to help support the MaccaNOW Cancer Foundation – Chris McCormack is filming some his rides and training sessions.

Here is a description and video of what they got up to on Day Two of their camp:

‘An 8 hour training day is always tough. Day 2 of our training camp was epic. The Gorge Du Verdon is absolutely incredible. The climbing is brutal. We June June 16. 2010 – climbed exactly 15897 feet today in 116 miles. It was a long tough day in the saddle and the last climb to our hotel at the Palais De Verdon in the town of La Pulude was killer. 10 miles and 3000 feet. An Epic Training day for day two. Big day planned tomorrow into Avignon but a 2 hour run before breakfast. Training for Ironman Germany is awesome!’
