Yoga For Triathletes: Stability Ball Roll Out

Maintaining a healthy body isn’t just a case of going as hard as you can either on water or land. Keeping the ‘machine’ in tip-top condition is crucial too. As part of our regular series of Yoga For Triathletes, here we focus on core stability with a Swiss Ball. The exercise is called the stability ball roll out and it will benefit you by helping teach your core to resist over-extension and support your entire body.
