Every now and again we like to try and expand your mind. Why? Well, partly because it’s good for you, but also because triathlon isn’t just about swimming, cycling or running. To do all of the fun stuff you need to make sure you keep your body in the optimum condition, and yoga is one of the ways of doing that. In today’s exercise we show you a stretch that will help to increase range of motion in your hips and, in turn, increase stride length. This is an easy exercise that can be added in to your normal stretching routine and will certainly benefit you over time.
